The company started off in the janitorial domain, quickly expanding to include the broader facilities services sector, all while focused on delivering one goal – to provide fit-for-purpose technological solutions for the built environment. Since 2016, SIMPPLE have over 600 cleaning and security robots under management coupled with more than 11 million data points captured from various Internet-of-Things (IoT) sensors across 8 geographical locations.
SIMPPLE believes that the real estate industry, regardless of the country’s urbanisation status, will eventually be equipped with smart and green technologies to enable increased property value and greater visibility to the property’s operations and maintenance workload.
