Management Team

Since February 1, 2024, Mr. Norman Schroeder has been serving as SIMPPLE Ltd.’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Prior to his leadership at SIMPPLE Ltd., he sat on the Board as an Independent Director since December 1, 2022. 

He brings over 35 years of experience within the facilities management industry, having been a strategic development manager at OCS Group overseeing strategic business development and relations management. Prior to that, Norman was the Chief Executive Officer at Trident Services Australia – a property management and services company, a Director in Strategic Development and Aviation Services at SECUREcorp – a leading Australian-based security and risk management service business, General Manager at Spotless Group – a globally recognized integrated facility services company, National Operations Manager at Gate Gourmet – a global company with catering network in the aviation industry, and Operations Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways. Norman’s three decades of experience in operational and senior management roles in Australia and Europe ensures he brings well-established and strategic insights to SIMPPLE, with a proven commitment to driving innovative and technology-based service solutions.

Mr. Daryl Pat is one of the co-founders of the business and currently serves as a Chief Operating Officer. He is primarily responsible for charting the product roadmap, designing the stages for each capability module, and broadening the breadth of SIMPPLE Ecosystem solution services. Prior to this, he was a Manager of Strategic Communications and Digital Engagement at the Singapore Prime Minister Office’s (PMO) Overseas Singaporean Unit. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Birmingham.

Mr. Goh is a finance and accounting industry leader in Singapore, with over 15 years of audit and assurance, accounting and financial advisory work serving a wide range of industries, including technology, retail, maritime, construction and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, Mr. Goh founded a public accounting firm, GYSG Group, in 2014 that provides professional services including audit and assurance, accounting, tax advisory-compliance, corporate secretarial, and corporate advisory services. Prior to that, he spent four years at KPMG as an Engagement Manager, where he contributed to audit and assurance projects for multi-national corporations, listed companies, and government-linked companies. Gary had graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2008 and Bachelor of Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in 2009. Aside from being a Chartered Accountant, he is also a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA), ISCA Financial Forensic Accounting, and Public Accountant.

Mr. Shaun Soo currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer since the organization expanded its solution offerings in the software sector. He is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s technology resources. Prior to this, he has over 12 years of experience in the world of Information Technology (I.T.), with a leadership position at Info Tech SG Mart – an I.T. consultancy and concierge for small to medium enterprises as a Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Information Degree from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma of Information Technology (Software Engineering) from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
