Since February 1, 2024, Mr. Norman Schroeder has been serving as SIMPPLE Ltd.’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Prior to his leadership at SIMPPLE Ltd., he sat on the Board as an Independent Director since December 1, 2022. 

He brings over 35 years of experience within the facilities management industry, having been a strategic development manager at OCS Group overseeing strategic business development and relations management. Prior to that, Norman was the Chief Executive Officer at Trident Services Australia – a property management and services company, a Director in Strategic Development and Aviation Services at SECUREcorp – a leading Australian-based security and risk management service business, General Manager at Spotless Group – a globally recognized integrated facility services company, National Operations Manager at Gate Gourmet – a global company with catering network in the aviation industry, and Operations Manager at Cathay Pacific Airways. Norman’s three decades of experience in operational and senior management roles in Australia and Europe ensures he brings well-established and strategic insights to SIMPPLE, with a proven commitment to driving innovative and technology-based service solutions.

Mr. Kelvin Lee is a forward-thinking leader with a respected career spanning almost three decades in the information technology domain. With a Bachelor in Software Development from Monash University (Australia), coupled with certifications in project management and service delivery, Kelvin has cultivated a reputation for his leadership and execution of transformative, high-impact technology initiatives across diverse sectors, including telecommunications, government, and finance. His strategic acumen was evident during his tenure at Singtel, Hewlett-Packard, Ness Global Services, and Diageo, among others. Now at the helm as Executive Chairman, Kelvin is set to guide the organization toward new horizons of innovation and success.

Mr. Shaun Tang has over 16 years of accounting experience and is currently the Managing Partner at Thong & Lim Chartered Accountants. As a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, he brings his wealth of experience and knowledge to SIMPPLE as an Independent Director and subject matter expert in the audit committee. Prior to this, he held numerous appointments and Directorships in both its assurance and corporate services divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting Management from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts and has been a member of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants since 2017.

Mr. Guo Longjin brings over 15 years of legal and compliance experience and currently serves as a Director and Head of Legal and External Affairs at a Singapore-headquartered global multinational company, YSQ International Pte Ltd, that is focused on Technological Investment, Financial Services, Mergers & Acquisition, Asset Management and Intellectual Property. Prior to that, he led regional and global legal and compliance teams at LivaNova PLC – a NASDAQ-listed UK-domiciled medical technology company, Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc. – a NASDAQ-listed USA-domiciled semiconductor technology company, as well as professional experiences as a corporate and finance lawyer and litigation practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore, a Master of Business Administration from Singapore Management University and an Executive Master of Public Administration (Chinese) from Nanyang Technological University.
